Belated New Year greetings to you all, although it’s not been the start to the New Year that anyone expected or wanted. Writing this in early January is proving to be challenging, trying to anticipate where we all be and how the pandemic will play out, so before I continue, I think it’s important to acknowledge our individual and collective Covid trauma, how it has affected us both personally and professionally and, most importantly, how it is affecting the care we give to our families of sick and small babies.
